New multimedia vending machine

Here’s a beautiful idea produced in partnership by Coca-Cola, Samsung and Sapient for the Consumer Electronics Show in January this year. The touchscreen vending machine can handle still images, flash animations, interctive games and bluetooth downloads. Behind the touchscreen is a vending machine filled with ice cold Coca-Cola.

Photosynths from the Obama Inauguration Events

Experience Obama’s Inauguration through Photosynth, a new technology from Microsoft that creates 3D spaces from 2D photos. Definitely a technology to watch.
On the day, on their “The Moment” microsite , CNN combined photos sent in from people at the event and transformed them into a three-dimensional, 360-degree experience.
