In 1996 Rob Belgiovane, Paul Williams and Jamie Mackay founded BWM. Each had forged a successful career in multinational agencies and felt the time was right to offer Australian clients a creative, entrepreneurial alternative to international agencies. The unique skill set of the partners became the founding principal that remains a cornerstone of the Challenge/Change/Grow philosophy and structure of BWM. Today BWM has grown to employ over 150 people across three offices and two continents.
